What the membership provides

The Option Wheelie is a private stock and options trading membership offered for $60 per month or $600 per year. The membership may include:

• Real-time trade alerts, including the ticker, entry and exit information, option strike, and expiration when applicable.
• Stock and options alerts, including swing trades, long-term equity anticipation securities (LEAPS), option-selling alerts, daily watchlists, charts, and trade ideas.
• Live trading sessions, educational content, and discussion inside a private Discord community.

Some content is specific and time-sensitive. That does not make it personalized financial advice or a recommendation for you. The same trade can have very different risks and results for different people.

Not financial advice

The Option Wheelie provides market commentary, education, and access to Cole’s personal trading opinions, research, and experience. Cole is not a certified financial advisor or broker. He does not know your complete financial situation, investment goals, tax position, trading experience, or ability to handle losses.

Nothing on the website, in Discord, during a live session, in an alert, on a watchlist, on social media, or in any other communication from The Option Wheelie is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing is a recommendation or instruction to buy, sell, hold, or trade any stock, option, security, or other financial product.

Joining the membership does not create an advisor-client, broker-client, or fiduciary relationship between you and Cole or The Option Wheelie.

You make every trading decision

You are solely responsible for deciding whether to place a trade, how much money to risk, when to enter, when to exit, and whether a trade is suitable for you. You are also responsible for reviewing an order before submitting it and monitoring any open position.

Stocks and options can cause major losses

Stock trading involves substantial risk. A stock can fall sharply, lose most or all of its value, be halted or delisted, or become difficult to trade. You can lose your entire investment in a stock position.

Options trading also involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every person. An option can lose some or all of its value very quickly, including before its expiration date. You can lose your entire investment in an options position.

Selling options can create additional obligations and, depending on the strategy, losses may be substantial or potentially greater than the amount initially received. Brokerage approval to trade stocks or options does not mean a particular trade or strategy is safe or appropriate for you.

Market conditions may change without warning. Volatility, liquidity, spreads, trading halts, news, earnings, corporate actions, assignment, exercise, expiration, and after-hours moves can materially affect a stock or options position.

An alert is not a guaranteed price

A real-time alert tells you what Cole is doing or considering at a particular moment. It does not guarantee that you will see the alert immediately, receive the same price, get your order filled, or exit at the same time or price. Markets can move in seconds.

Discord, internet connections, market-data services, brokers, and other third-party systems can be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable. The Option Wheelie is not responsible for a member’s order execution, slippage, missed alert, platform delay, broker decision, or failure to monitor a position. Do not rely on an alert as your only method of managing risk.

No profits or results are guaranteed

The Option Wheelie does not promise or guarantee any profit, income, win rate, account growth, loss limit, trading opportunity, or specific result. Trade ideas and analysis can be wrong. A trade that worked before can lose money the next time.

Any price target, probability, outlook, chart level, or market view is an opinion or estimate at the time it is shared. It may change without notice and may be based on information that later proves incomplete or inaccurate. You should verify information independently before trading.

Performance posts are Cole’s personal results

Any performance number, winning trade, loss, testimonial, example, or weekly results recap shared on the website, in Discord, on X (formerly Twitter), or elsewhere must be understood in context:

• They are Cole’s personal results or selected examples, unless they are clearly labeled otherwise.
• They are not typical or promised results. Your experience may be materially different, including losing money when Cole reports a gain.
• They do not predict future performance. Past performance does not guarantee or reliably indicate future results.
• They may not reflect every cost or circumstance, including commissions, fees, taxes, slippage, account size, position sizing, timing, liquidity, or the effect of losses on a complete portfolio.

Do not decide to join the membership or place a trade based only on a recap, testimonial, winning trade, or other performance example.

Rules, taxes, and eligibility are your responsibility
