1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the membership:

• Contact info — your email address, which we use for receipts, sign-in links, and membership emails.
• Discord info — your Discord user ID and username when you link your account, so we can grant and manage your member role.
• Payment info — subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical info — IP addresses and basic device data, used for security and fraud prevention.
• Membership records — your plan, subscription status, and agreement to our Terms of Service.
• Messages you send us — emails or support requests, so we can respond.

2. How we use it

• Provide and manage your membership, including Discord access and roles.
• Send transactional emails — receipts, sign-in links, renewal and cancellation notices.
• Prevent fraud and abuse, including enforcing bans after chargebacks or disputes.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We don't sell your personal information. We don't use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the membership:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Discord — community access and member roles.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
• Resend — sending transactional emails.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies strictly necessary for the site to work — like keeping you signed in to the member portal and protecting against abuse. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your membership records while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. If you're banned for a chargeback or dispute, we keep a record of your email and card fingerprint permanently to enforce the ban.

6. Your rights

If you're a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, and ask us to delete it. To make a request, email SUPPORT_EMAIL. Note that we may need to keep certain records (like ban lists) to prevent fraud even after a deletion request.

7. Children

The membership is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a new "last updated" date. Continuing your membership after changes means you accept them.
