Troubleshooting
Common issues.
I paid but don't have Discord access.
First check your member portal to confirm your membership shows as active. If it's active but your Discord isn't connected, link it at /relink. If your portal doesn't show an active membership, email SUPPORT_EMAIL.
My Discord won't connect.
Try linking again at /relink. If it still won't connect, email SUPPORT_EMAIL and we'll sort it out.
I canceled but still see access.
When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for — then it's removed automatically. Check your current status in the member portal. If access continues past your paid period, email SUPPORT_EMAIL.
My payment failed.
Update your payment method in the billing portal (via your member portal). Renewal payments get a 3 day grace period before the subscription is canceled. If you need help, email SUPPORT_EMAIL.
I need to change my card.
You can update your payment method anytime in the billing portal — open your member portal and follow the billing link.
