Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and The Option Wheelie ("we," "us"). By joining, paying for, or using the membership, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't join.

1. What you're buying

The Option Wheelie is a trading education community. Membership gives you access to the private Discord server, trade ideas, watchlists, educational content, and member tools for as long as your subscription is active.

2. Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old to join. One membership per person — don't share your account, your sign-in link, or your Discord access with anyone else.

3. This is education, not financial advice

Nothing here is financial advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Everything is for educational purposes only. Your trades, your risk. You are solely responsible for your own trades and risk in the stock market. We don't promise profits, results, or any specific outcome — trading involves real risk, including losing money.

4. Billing

Membership is $60 per month or $600 per year. Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. No free trials — every membership is paid from day one.

5. Refunds: all sales are final

All sales are final — no refunds, no exceptions. To avoid being renewed, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

6. Cancel anytime

You can cancel anytime from your member portal. You'll keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't do partial refunds for unused time.

7. Failed payments

If a payment fails, you get a 72-hour grace period to fix it. If it's still unpaid after 72 hours, your subscription is canceled and your member access is removed.

8. Chargebacks and disputes

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute instead of canceling normally, your membership is canceled immediately, you're removed from the Discord server, and your email and card are permanently banned from signing up again. No exceptions.

9. Community rules

Be respectful. No spam, no scams, no harassing other members, and never pretend to be Cole or anyone on the team. Breaking the rules can get you removed from the server without a refund.

10. Protect yourself from imposters

Cole will never send you a friend request from a personal account, and will never message you about crypto, commissions, copy/mirror trading, or suspicious links. He doesn't have Telegram or WhatsApp. If someone contacts you claiming to be him, report it to SUPPORT_EMAIL.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms, our prices, or what's included in membership. If we do, we'll post the new version here and the changes take effect going forward. Continuing your membership after changes means you accept them.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, The Option Wheelie isn't liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or indirect damages connected to your membership. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

How access works

After checkout you'll link your Discord account. Your paid role is granted automatically once your payment succeeds — usually within a minute.

Billing

Renewal payments get a 3 day grace period. After that is an automatic subscription cancellation — you're never kicked from the server.
